顾问（Consultant）

工作地点: 全国各地

要求（Requirements）：

1. College Degree above

大专以上学历（应届生也可），专业不限，男女不限，年龄不限

2. Willing to work in headhunting, PRO , post outsourcing, project outsourcing, campus recruitment an d Internet recruitment.

愿意从事猎头服务、招聘外包（RPO）、岗位外包、项目外包、校园招聘及网络招聘

3. Those with some working experience an d with strong networking in some industries are preferred.

有某行业的工作经验及广泛人脉者优先考虑

4. Persuasiveness, and self-confidence, enthusiasm, patience, persistence an d independence

较强的说服能力，自信，热情，耐心,有毅力, 独立性强

5. Strong commercial sense;

有很强的商业意识

6.Strong leadership skill an d organization skill;

较强的领导能力和组织能力

7.Strong self management, good discipline and good ethics.

较强的自我管理意识，自律，良好的道德品质。

8.Good time management skill;

具备良好的时间管理意识。

9.Willing to work under pressure.

能承受工作压力。

工作职责（Responsibility）：

1. Recommend candidates and companies an d owners register in www.funder2001.com.

介绍求职者，企业及私人雇主入职方尔达职场家园：www.funder2001.com

2. Business development an d search potential clients who will use our service;

开拓客户。

3. Be responsible for finding a client an d signing a contract with a client;

负责与客户签合同。

4. communicate with a client and understand clients’ requirement clearly;

了解客户需要。

5. Search suitable candidates according to the job descriptions of our clients;

根据客户描述寻找合适的候选人。

6. Thorough screening an d evaluation of CV’s.

筛选简历。

7. Interview candidates to see if they can meet the requirements of our clients;

面试候选人。

8. Coordinate with clients to arrange candidates for the interview;

与客户协调，安排候选人面试。

9. Follow up with candidates during the candidates’ probation period an d keep them warm;

候选人入职后跟进服务。

10. To understand clients’ projects requirement;

了解客户的项目需求

11. To assist our experts to implement the projects

协助行业专家完成项目

12. Keep good relationship with clients.

与客户保持良好关系
